The Legend Hotels International, which owns and manages The Legend Villas, The Legend Palawan, The Mabuhay Manor and Kabayan Hotels, is a 100% Filipino-owned and managed, Christian corporation, with a very strong business capability in the hospitality industry. Presently, we are expanding in Metro Manila and key cities of the Philippines. HOTEL MANAGERS (ALL LEGEND HOTEL PROPERTIES)
Shall contribute to the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff and has commercial accountability for planning, organizing and directing all hotel services, including
front-of-the-house, banqueting and housekeeping.
- Graduate of HRM, or has a minimum of 5 years work-related experience in a hotel setting
- All around extensive knowledge in room guest services, housekeeping and facilities repairs/maintenance, main kitchen, coffee shop and banquet operations
- With financial accounting, fax management and internal control services background
- Have extensive knowledge in promoting and marketing the business
- Experienced in managing budgets and financial plans
- Familiar in maintaining statistical and financial records and achieving profit targets
SALES & MARKETING MANAGERS (ALL LEGEND
HOTEL PROPERTIES)
Shall be responsible for developing, proposing and executing the marketing
and sales plan for the company and overall directions of the marketing
function with regard to planning, development and implementation of marketing
plans and programs in areas such as market research, sales, promotions,
pricing and advertising
- Have previous experience in selling and managing major national accounts in the service field
- He/She must be able to work independently under time sensitive deadlines with high-quality attention to detail
- Extensive experience in Corporate Branding and positioning
- Has experience in conceptualizing & managing advertising & promotions campaign
- Knowledge and experience in strategic and tactical marketing & sales planning / implementation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities are required for this role as well as outstanding negotiation skills
ROOMS & GUEST SERVICES MANAGER / FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT
MANAGER
(ALL LEGEND HOTEL PROPERTIES)
Shall be responsible in heading a motivated and skilled team as well as
being an integral part of a professional senior management team and ensuring
that guests receive an excellent welcome to the Hotel
- Has the capacity to successfully lead a team of receptionists to deliver Service Extraordinaire
- With leadership skills to handle both front office & housekeeping operations
- Good communication skills
- Ability to deal with people from different organizations
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS/ACCOUNT SALES MANAGERS
(ALL LEGEND HOTEL PROPERTIES)
Shall handle, maintain and add accounts for Legend Hotel properties and will perform sales call/sales mission and represent the property
- Well grounded in sales and merketing
- Highly ethical with a history of reference able customers
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- A cgreat influencer
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATIVE HEADS
(HOTEL BUSINESS GROUP-CORPORATE)
Shall be responsible in providing and maintaining the quality and integrity of financial management and control systems
- Well versed in accounting works, financial analysis and administrative functions
- Have leadership skills, hardworking & trustworthy
- Very good in handling people
- Good communication skills
CHEF DE PARTIE / FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
(ALL LEGEND HOTEL PROPERTIES)
Shall be responsible in handling kitchen operations and overall accountable in profitability of the Food & Beverage department / division
- With leadership skills in handling people, decision making, communication abilities, planning and assessment, strategic/critical thinking, innovative and control systems
